Terms & Conditions

1. Overview


These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Ops&Profit LLC, a U.S.-registered business (“we”, “us”, or “our”), including system builds, CRM setups, automations, consulting, and ongoing support.


By working with us, you (“Client”) agree to the terms outlined below.



2. Scope of Work


All services are custom and defined on a per-project basis. Scope, deliverables, and pricing are confirmed in writing before work begins.


This includes (but is not limited to):


  • CRM builds (e.g. CloseOS)

  • Internal tools and backend systems

  • Automations and integrations

  • Retainers for ongoing maintenance and support


Work outside of agreed scope will be quoted separately.



3. Timeline & Delivery


We operate on defined timelines. Projects begin once the first payment is received and required client input is provided.


Delays in access, feedback, or communication from the Client may push timelines.


All delivery is digital. There are no physical products or in-person components.



4. Client Responsibilities


Clients are expected to:


  • Provide timely access to tools (e.g. Close, Airtable, Make, Slack, calendars)

  • Share required context, documents, and feedback

  • Use the systems as intended to get results

  • Communicate promptly during the project



5. Payment Terms


  • Projects are billed upfront or via a custom schedule

  • Retainers are billed monthly and begin upon go-live

  • A 3-month minimum applies to all maintenance retainers unless otherwise agreed


Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified. Late payments may pause or terminate work.


All fees are stated and collected in USD.



6. Refund Policy


All sales are final.


Due to the custom and strategic nature of our work, we do not offer refunds once a project has started or a deliverable has been shared.



7. Use & Results


We guarantee high-quality systems delivered on time and to spec.


We do not guarantee business outcomes (e.g. revenue growth, lead volume, close rates), which depend on external variables like traffic, sales ability, and offer quality.


Clients who implement fully and consistently tend to see fast ROI — often within 30–90 days.



8. Data, Privacy & Access


We only access client systems to build, test, and maintain the solutions we’ve been hired to deliver.


  • All client data remains 100% owned by the Client

  • Access can be revoked at any time

  • We do not store, resell, or analyze client data beyond the scope of delivery



9. Termination


  • Retainers may be canceled after the agreed minimum period with 14 days’ notice

  • Ops&Profit may terminate an agreement for non-payment or sustained lack of cooperation


Upon termination, any completed work will be delivered as-is.



10. Legal


Ops&Profit LLC is a U.S.-registered limited liability company. These Terms are governed under the laws of the State of Wyoming.


Any disputes will be resolved under U.S. jurisdiction.
